James Mastrogany

A native of Chicago, Jim moved to Southern California in the 1960's and received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from USC in 1974. Following graduation, he was commissioned as an officer in the US Air Force and served in Strategic Air Command; after his tour of duty he stayed in the Reserves for three additional years. In 1978 he obtained an MBA in Finance from USC and joined Bank of America as a commercial loan officer.

Jim recently retired as the Bank of America Credit Risk Executive for Los Angeles, San Diego, and Riverside counties.

He has been active in several community and nonprofit organizations, including the Bethlehem Lutheran Church Council, as Assistant Scout Master for Boy Scout Troop 777 for seven years, the San Dieguito Academy Foundation, Community Resource Center, and Feeding America San Diego.

He and his wife reside in Encinitas, California.
