Zach is proud of the work he does enriching young lives at Springs Charter School, where he has worn many hats over the past 18 years, including builder, classroom teacher, and currently, project manager. Jess enjoys her job as a recreational leader for the City of San Marcos Parks and Recreation Department where she gets to serve families through engaging programs that bring the community together.

Family time includes visits with Zach’s dad, hiking, fishing, biking, playing at the beach, or exploring San Diego. In their spare time, Zach and Jessica joined 40 other families and helped start a new church in San Marcos; this helps them live out their greatest family value – to make eternal investments in their community by serving others.

The couple sees their greatest accomplishment and ongoing commitment a s providing an environment for Jayson to thrive. They demonstrate love and caring every day and feel truly blessed. They have been preparing for homeownershio for the past several years by paying down debt and keeping good credit scores and say that owning their own home will remove uncertainty to their familv budget and add a stable foundation.
