Our 10-home affordable housing community in Escondido is reaching its final stages of completion, and the excitement is building! With plumbing, electrical work, doors, trim, appliances, cabinets, and countertops fully installed, we’re closing in on finishing touches and a long list of standard approvals, including solar, fire sprinkler, and building inspections.
In the meantime, we are finishing up our common areas with a great patio for our homeowners that will remind them of some of those who made this project possible. Donors who contributed $10,000 or more will be honored with an engraved brick.
