The Hotel del Coronado, part of Curio Collection by Hilton, and San Diego Habitat for Humanity have officially announced their partnership in an effort to create positive change and build stronger, local communities.

San Diego Foundation (SDF) announced today that $1,353,000 has been raised for the San Diego Flood Response Fund, including a second earned match of more than $215,000 from the San Diego Foundation Board of Governors. In total, San Diego Foundation is the largest contributor to the response fund with more than $300,000.

San Diego Habitat for Humanity received new investments through impact asset manager Mission Driven Finance, expanding on their prior collaboration. This new philanthropically sourced capital will enable the construction of affordable for-sale housing in San Diego County.
