On occasion, we must refuse donations based on their condition and whether or not we have enough floor space for them at that time. A good rule of thumb is to ask yourself if you would buy the item from a resale store — if you wouldn’t, chances are that someone else wouldn’t. We make every effort to notify donors of refusal before the pickup appointment is scheduled.
