Mulberry Drive Rehab - San Marcos

In an effort to help alleviate blight in our communities, SDHFH’s rehab program, active since 2010, takes existing homes and rehabs them for purchase by low-income families, and has increased the number of needy families Habitat is able to serve.

This home, located at 1168 Mulberry Drive in San Marcos, is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom single family home that is 1,600 square feet. The home features restored hardwood flooring and ceramic tile, an all new kitchen, solar panels, french doors, and granite counter tops.

Timeline: Project Start: September, 2014
Project Completion: May, 2015
