Xiomara Arroyo is an Assistant Vice President with Community Relations for Wells Fargo in San Diego County. She is charged with executing a community investment strategy to promote and enhance the San Diego community through philanthropy, advocacy and maintaining the company’s CRA initiatives.
Her efforts are focused on stakeholder engagement as well as corporate social responsibilities, strategies and programs.
Xiomara began her career with Wells Fargo in 2005 as a teller, while attending college full time. She graduated from California State University San Marcos with a Degree in Business Administration and an emphasis in Management. Over the last 12 years at Wells Fargo, she has held various positions such as Lead Teller, Personal Banker, and Branch Manager. In her most current assignment, Xiomara was the Regional Program Manager for Wells Fargo At Work in North County, where she managed a financial literacy program for our underserved communities.
Xiomara brings a strong passion for community involvement and gives her time as a “Big Sister” for the organization Girls Rising in San Diego. In addition, Xiomara has recently started her second term as a committee member for the Community Health Care Alliance Committee for Tri City Medical Center.
In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and reading for leisure as well.
