From June 4 through June 8 2018, San Diego Habitat for Humanity, in partnership with Clark Construction and McCarty Building Companies, built two homes – from the ground up – in five days in El Cajon.
The Home Builders Blitz represents a partnership between Habitat for Humanity and the building industry to build homes across the nation. Builders leverage their relationships with local subcontractors to build the homes a virtually no cost to Habitat. This is San Diego Habitat for Humanity’s eighth Home Builders Blitz; 25 homes have been built locally using the Blitz model.
